Course Information

The Course aims to equip students with essential knowledge and skills to efficiently perform supervisory or junior level management duties and supervise customer relationship in the Food & Beverage and Accommodation service sectors. Students will gain in-depth understanding of both front-end, as well as back-end processes and operations of the F&B and Accommodation service sectors through a combination of classroom learning and on-the-job training (Industrial Attachment) or Project Work.

Course Duration

Full Time: 6 months institutional study + 6 months Industrial Attachment

                  5 weekdays, 3 hours daily during Institutional Study

Course Admission Requirements

Age:              18 years old and above

Academic:  At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes with Grade C6 and above

                   or completed 10 years of formal education or equivalent.

Language Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
