for Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
Course Information
The main objective of this programme is to prepare students for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) managed by Cambridge English Language Assessment. The course will focus on increasing the student’s accuracy and general competence in English and provides training in the key language and skills needed for successful completion of the above examinations through modules designed to cover the areas of Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening.
Modules Offered: Writing & Speaking. Reading & Listening
Course Duration
Full Time: 3 months, 5 weekdays, 3 hours daily
Part Time: 6 months, 3 weekdays, 3 hours daily
Course Admission Requirements
At least 15 years old, and attain 50% Lower Primary English Placement Exam.
Course Commencement Day
First Monday of the month.

    4.      ICA student pass processing fee: SG$135 (Payable to ICA)

Mode of Assessment
Internal Assessment:
Summative Tests will be conducted quarterly.
External Assessment:
Upon completion of the course, student can register for the Cambridge English Language Assessment Exam administered by British Council, Singapore.
Course Completion
Students must achieve at least 90% attendance and not be absent for more than 7 consecutive days without valid reason.
